Website information

Website Terms

Information on this website is general and does not replace a property-specific assessment. Cleaning suitability, methods, expected results and pricing depend on access, material, coating, condition and surrounding risks.

Quotes and services

Online enquiries are requests for assessment, not confirmed bookings. A service is confirmed only when SS Exterior Services agrees to the scope, timing and price with the customer.

Results and existing conditions

Some staining, deterioration, coating failure and material damage may remain after cleaning. We explain known limitations identified during assessment, but concealed defects may not be visible beforehand.
